SHELVING MAINTENANCE

The new Mec System Maintenance Service was created to provide the customer and the final user with technical and operational support for the good maintenance of the supplied structures.

The new Legislative Decree 81/08, relative to the compulsory maintenance and control of the shelving (here you can find an extract), considers the industrial shelving structures as working tools in order of the implementation of the foreseen obligations provided by the decree in force in Italy (D.Lgs 81/08 or Testo Unico on the Safety of Working Places and Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008 on the Structure Planning).
The maintenance is to be carried out and accompanied by the relative documentation in case of inspection from the controlling authority in charge and all documents are to be enclosed to the purchaser’s DVR.
Mec System is able to fulfill this important law obligation. Moreover our maintenance contracts can be completely customized according to the customer’s demands.

We propose solutions that go from the control of a proper assembling of the racks (control that we provide for free after the installation service) to the periodical control and maintenance interventions which last for a couple of years.

This service includes the release of the pass certificate, valid as a proof of occurred maintenance of the equipments and is to be shown in case of inspection by the authorities in charge of the workplace safety (ASL, VVF, Ispettorato del lavoro).
